If you purchase a commercial license each copy includes a standard technical support plan which allows you to directly contact our Support Team.     After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email, a receipt email including invoice, and a digital download email. The digital download email will including the Cloud C2 license key and download link for the Windows, Mac and Linux (32/64 bit) versions of the software.
